Beautiful JADE MORRIS: Is there anything more sweet and innocent then a child?
BEAUTIFUL JADE: Another case of an innocent child murdered and thrown away like trash! She should have been looking forward to Christmas. We need to pass stricter laws to deal with these monsters and the system that accommodates them!
When I read the story of a casino slashing that could be related to a missing child my curiosity was peaked. At that time I did not think that the gorgeous little girl in the photograph…Jade Morris… was in danger. I thought she was carelessly misplaced by someone who had a gambling issue and had “lost” her. I fully expected someone to come forward saying they had found a child wandering around in a hotel or a casino…maybe aloe in a hotel room.
My anger began to rise over this story however because the woman in custody…much like other child killers we have seen since the terrible Anthony verdict…
refused to give the police any information on the whereabouts of this sweet little girl.
How horrible that at Christmas time when Jade should have been looking forward to Santa…a monster…decided to end her life.
As if that wasn’t heartbreaking and infuriating enough…as I am trying to get a sense of what is going on in this story…I found the following blog…

Eventually…I found a local news site and the original story…which was about the casino slashing but no mention of Jade! The family was going crazy and had reached out to locals via the internet for help. This broke my heart!
What is happening in our system of justice? Why would the disappearance of JADE not be the number one story on the news? Who cares about the casino slashing?
Our system does not care about children. Just look at the series of rulings that Arizona judges gave…allowing Elizabeth Johnson…who confessed not only to her former boyfriend but to a detective that she murdered her baby son Gabriel and threw him in a dumpster…to virtually walk away with a slap on the wrist.
Now…thanks to rotten juries and a system that places no value on the lives of children…the body of this sweet, lovely, happy little girl JADE MORRIS was found in an abandoned housing project outside of Las Vegas.
Murder a child…dump them somewhere you are familiar with… and then refuse to tell the police anything.

The 12 criminals and morons on the Casey Anthony jury bent over backwards to break the law, ignore important evidence, break the rules of sequestration and throw justice out on it’s ear…all to make sure that women in the future could murder their children and get away with it…
and they have surely started a trend in child killing.
Elizabeth Johnson is so happy that she now has been given a LICENSE TO KILL by an Arizona jury that was so worried about poor Elizabeth’s rights but cared nothing about Gabriel!
I hope the reported $15,000 that Brain Berling made selling his so called “story” was worth it. Not only did he come off as a complete idiot who had absolutely no understanding of the law or his duty as a juror…to me he felt like a greedy con man… trying to sell a used car that doesn’t work.
Brian Berling…Is this the pathetic Anthony juror who must be too dumb to cook if he can’t figure out simple evidence? Or maybe he’s just dirty and greedy?
If there was any doubt that the jury contained brain dead fools…completely unqualified to make any legal decision what so ever…Brian confirmed it.

Brenda Jean Stokes, 50 years old…deliberately took that child from her home and now she is found dead. Brenda Jean Stokes lied to the police and refused to tell them where Jade was as precious minutes ticked by.
SHOULD THERE NOT BE A LAW AGAINST THIS ALONE?
There should be harsh penalties for people who are trusted with the precious life of a child and they “lose” that child and then refuse to help the authorities in ANY way!
Is it now legal to give away your child to people you can’t even prove exist?

Something is seriously wrong here and we need to fix it fast. that includes getting ineffective judges OFF the bench and prosecuting juries who BREAK THE LAW during deliberations. That includes defense attorneys too!
A good place to start would be investigating the Anthony verdict since it is still wafting through the air and it still stinks to high heaven.
This feels like the wild wild west and it’s the children who are being killed while the predators are protected by my tax dollars!
Rotten ignorant greedy dirty juries… judges who beat their wives…use drugs…have sex disorders…murderers in their families and bend over backwards to help killers get away with murdering children need to be voted out of office.
I do believe their should be a clearly defined limit to a judges term!
Jade Morris’s grandmother put up flyers in the days after Jade went missing…in the hopes of her return.
Judges should have to answer in a big way for the monsters they are turning loose on our streets as should juries.
I feel outraged all over again and sick to my stomach reading this story and wondering what our so called “System” of justice is going to do to help this defendant get away with what she has done.
A child was left in her care. She refuses to tell anyone where the child is and now a beautiful girl is found dead in a empty housing project.
There are so many children to write about and they all deserve attention. I can’t write an article about each and every one of them but I wonder of this story had broke sooner…could Jade have been saved?
More to the point…the perpetrators need to be brought to justice and we as a society need to focus on each and every one of these little victims and follow through.

I think what angers me the most about this story…is the fact of a small child…looking forward to Christmas. Thinking about going shopping and getting gifts and instead being taken somewhere and murdered. It literally breaks my heart in two.

I also researched Jade Morris and her mother is going to prison regardless of whether she gets convicted of murder or not. She has assault and battery charges pending against her as well.
JH…You mean Brenda Stokes? The mother was not charged with anything I don’t think…and Stokes is just the fathers former GF for a few months…not even a year.
It’s Stokes that has the charge isn’t it? I’m not sure…but I didn’t think the mom was charged with anything. I feel sorry for the mom because she had let Jade go shopping with Stokes before and they had no reason to suspect that this time would be different.

By the way, Shaniya’s mother and Mario McNeil are going to trial in February. McNeil is going to end up with the death penalty, I’m concerned that Antoinette Davis might not get convicted, however.
JH I want to focus on this case this year too…BEFORE the trial. Lots going on in the beginning of 2013…but I have NOT forgotten about Shaniya!!!

but the judgment of men and women who now live in a society with this killer and her family of criminals…can be very harsh.
JIMO…but the wind has changed in not only Caylee’s favor but towards getting justice for all children and putting them back where they belong…at the top of the list!
I hope they will all discover in 2013…that not only is there a judgment “higher then that of man”…but that the judgment of man extends WELL beyond the courtroom…and into society…where they will now be forced to live amongst people who hate them…all of them.
Oh Brenda Stokes is going to jail. I don’t think a jury will have any problem convicting a woman with a shaved head who looks like a linebacker and believing she did something bad to her child.
The cases that concern me are the ones where the defendants are small and they act soft-spoken and waif-like and fragile throughout their trials. People are just too stupid to see past appearances.
Speaking of that, I’m seriously concerned that Jodi Arias will walk, despite the mountains of evidence against her. These days, I expect absolutely nothing from juries (or judges) for that matter.
Any system that can claim it’s justice to give an acquitted murderer complete immunity even if they confess to the crime OR video surveillance of an acquitted murderer committing the crime surfaces is severely broken.
Double jeopardy needs to be reevaluated and bad. There have to be some exceptions. People shouldn’t be able to walk away from a murder they committed when irrefutable evidence pointing to their guilt surfaces. They need to be arrested and retried. Anything else is utter insanity and its as far from justice as you can get.
Here’s the thing JH…this woman Stokes has already started an “insanity”defense…or a diminished mental capacity defense…and she has MADE herself look every bit the part.
IMO she planned this from the beginning…including the part where she tells the police that…
“I went to my doctor and told him I was thinking about hurting someone…but they wouldn’t do anything”
It’s BULLSHIT…all designed for her to say she needed help from the system and didn’t get any.

At the same time, this woman’s appearance IMO, will not elicit any sympathy from jurors. She’s just too darn fat, old and ugly to elicit any the kind of sympathy that will outweigh her actual crime. Oh and she’s black. (And yes, I think juries are made up of people that racist and stupid.)
IMO, the women on the jury aren’t going to feel sorry for her unless whatever shrink testifies for her is incredibly convincing. The men on the jury will not pity her because she is not young and attractive and she does not appear to need protection. She can make all the noise she wants, it will do her zero good, the same way the State’s mounds of evidence did Caylee zero good.
I predict she will be held responsible and she will not get away with this. I’ll say it again, she doesn’t have it in her to elicit the amount of pity and empathy from a jury needed for them to excuse her crime.
Even the jurors who are dumber than rocks and who space out and don’t pay attention throughout the trial will likely not be impressed by her body language. And she’s so old and ugly that even the most hard-up of them won’t enjoy looking at her butch face.
I hate juries. I honestly think that’s how some of them operate.
And I still think jury deliberations need to be recorded and sealed by the court unless a pressing issue comes up where they may need to be reviewed. We need to have something documenting their reasoning and we need a way to make sure they aren’t just twiddling their thumbs in the deliberation room and doing each other’s hair.

The reason I think she doesn’t have a chance in hell is exactly because I don’t trust juries. I figure even the most simple-minded out there won’t be able to see her as a victim. Due to the fact, that she’s fat, old, unnattractive and she just plain doesn’t look like a victim.
I doubt even Casey’s jurors (minus the one who refuses to judge people) wouldn’t let her off, since she doesn’t fit the profile of someone who was wronged. Look how eager they were to blame it all on George with no evidence (if they weren’t flat out paid off) just because a petite little sociopathic elf from hell with her chair jacked down to the floor couldn’t stop shaking her head and poking at her eyes with a tissue every time anyone said anything bad about her.
I’m getting mad again. It’s amazing how, even with time, my anger never goes away or even lessens when I think of Casey’s jury and their defective reasoning.
Jodi Arias, on the other hand concerns me, mainly because there’s some people out there who find her attractive (I don’t see it, besides the fact that she has pretty hair) and she’s very softspoken.
I’m afraid these modern day jurors who don’t bother to review evidence, connect dots and think reasonable doubt means “beyond a shadow of a doubt” will buy into her “self-defense” story despite the fact that its the third story she’s told and the fact that her boyfriend was first shot in the face while he was naked and defenseless in the shower, had his throat slit and was stabbed 27 times.
I’m terrified because there are people out there stupid enough to let her go and all of them could end up in a room together. I already kind of hate her jury.
If Casey does kill again (hopefully this time Cindy) and then it might get through to those numbskulls that they let a murderer go and now someone else is dead. The scary thing is that thanks to the lame-brain pinellas 12, these criminals think that if they lie well enough, or stay silent long enough, they can hope for a jury of nitiwits who can’t connect dots, and they will get away with it. Every time a case like this goes to trial, I will be holding my breath and praying for a jury with common sense who can’t be manipulated by a sleezy defense attorney.

Laws must be changed and public officials put in place for the children..to protect their rights and give them justice, afterall we have to be the voice of the murdered and abused.

This story has upset me so much because to look at Jade’s smiling face and realize what happened…makes me sick to my stomach.
