Before I start this post…a note about trolls.
I just let my spam filter catch them and if one slips in I modify the setting so they never do “get in” again. Works like a champ.
But this time I had a comment in the cue to approve…and before coding it as spam…I read it. They usually get kicked to spam and I never see them…unless I open it up.
When I check the spam folder for regular posters I just look for the name of the poster and get it out of the spam folder….I can’t actually read what you’ve posted until it’s out of the spam folder…but if it’s one of the regular posters here I know it’s going t be great..so I just post it.

Jury Selection Experts.
What kind of “career” is this and when did it come about?
Jo-Ellen Dimetrius was the “jury selection expert” in the OJ case. Cochran had Dimetrius standing right next to him in that famous news conference after the verdict and obviously valued her performance in that case. Oddly her photo is extremely hard to find on the internet anymore.
This should be illegal plain and simple. This is a bastardization of what our forefathers intended and it is ruining our country. “Jury Selection Experts”…and I scoff at that description…have demolished any chance of the people…and the victims getting a fair trial. They have literally destroyed the system as it was design by our forefathers and littered our streets with child killers, pedophiles and predators…all to keep the doors revolving and the money flowing into the hands of unscrupulous defense attorneys like Baez and Mason.
This so called “career” is shattering people’s lives and annihilating our country’s future generation and that’s no joke.
In my opinion…this is stacking the jury plain and simple and should be against the law…period.
Any attorney caught using one should be fined or disbarred.
The Caylee Anthony jury will go down in history as the most ignorant, corrupt and dishonest jury in modern history. They are idiots and immoral because a “jury selection expert ” was looking for just that type of person. They will forever be known as the jury who spit in the face of justice.
We need laws created to ban” jury selection experts” from destroying our system of justice. I find it incredible that this was ever allowed in a trial to begin with! What’s the point anymore now that we have these sleazy so called “professionals” trying to help defense attorneys turn more sociopaths back out into the streets? It’s outrageous.

The Casey Anthony jury can go to sleep at night knowing that they were chosen because they were the stupidest people in the group.

They were chosen because they were criminals themselves and had no moral fiber of their own.
The Casey Anthony jury was composed of the lowest common denominator by design.

Any time you get a jury selection expert…you get a stupid and criminal jury.
Not only did this jury break the LAW and ignore the judge…talk on their cell phones and ignore evidence…they set a killer free and started a HOW-TO killing SPREE against children in 2012. All of them copy cat killers…hoping to “get away” with it like Anthony did.
Not that I believe that is the entire reason for this verdict.
I look at JOSE BAEZ to decide what happened here. The man’s character speaks for itself.

Baez compromised this jury with his own witnesses Patricia Woods…
and then danced in the halls before the verdict was even read.
Take a good look at this picture. This is the look Jose Baez should have had on his face as he waited to hear a verdict that could have cost his client her life.
The “jury selection expert” is not what won this case for Baez IMO…he simply doesn’t have that kind of finesse and skill…even with a jury selelction expert.
He needed more.
We NEVER saw this face on Jose Baez as he was waiting for the jury’s verdict…
Why do we… as American citizens… who are law biding and trying to live our lives in an honorable fashion…allow cheaters (because that’s what “jury selection experts” are…they are there to cheat the system)…

These people come in…and usurp our system of justice...and in effect send murderers…rapists…pedophiles…and the worst society has to offer back out into the streets so that they then CAN USE THEM AS JURORS in a case like this?
This jury was comprised of the lowest common denominator for a reason.
What we saw was Jose Baez doing happy-cowboy jigs and playing six-gun…skipping through the halls of the courtroom…on the way downstairs to get his ‘NOT GUILTY ON ANYTHING” verdict. He seem to be prematurely excited over it. Hmmmmmmm……
We all watched the “absolutely” comical performance of Jose Baez and joked in chats about how the jury wasn’t that stupid.
I still don’t think that they are all that stupid…IMO just enough of them were that greedy.
If you doubt me…just remember the guy who had the title of his book…all picked out and had already posted it on Facebook.
The fact of the matter reamins that the jury selection process has been bastardized beyond repair by these philistines…and all you have to do now is read the news to see where it has gotten us.
Our forefathers never EVER intended for this to happen! Why this is allowed is beyond me and it is ruining out country and killing our children.
The whole process has been shown as a complete and utter JOKE by this jury of simpletons and this circus of a trial. People will be trying to fix this and figure out what happened for the next 20 years at least.

After the trial, Judge Stan Strickland praised the prosecution and said Baez was an inexperienced attorney who didn’t know what he was doing and that the jury didn’t follow instructions. Baez has sour grapes because no one in the legal community will say he was a great lawyer who put on a great case and no one buys the lies he sold to the jury but can’t sell to the public. All of the journalists and legal pundits laughed at his ridiculous defense and say she got away with murder. They all said Baez was incompetent and way over his head. The only ones who were impressed with his trial performance were the Dozen Doodleheads who acquitted a baby killer and determined George Dunnit because Baez told them so. If the baby killer had any other jury she would be sitting on death row.
Sally…you are so right. Sometimes the verdict and the fact that Baez is dog padding all over TV to try and get people to believe he got that verdict fair and square is distracting from the fact that…

In watching the Jodi Arias trial, I see a lot of similarities between Casey Anthony and Jodi Arias both physically and in their actions. They are both petite women with long dark hair and little girl voices who use their body and sex to get what they want. They lie and flirt with detectives who are interrogating them. They were in bed with a lover within hours of committing a brutal murder. They show no fear, shame or remorse. They lie and change their stories as easily as they change their underwear. They love seeing themselves on camera and the notoriety that brought them fame. They are more concerned about their image than the fact that they snuffed out the life of a person they claimed to love. Both are actresses who cry on cue and alternate betweeen the damsel in distress and the mousy librarian role in court.
I see a complete difference in their attorneys. Although it is a high profile case, Arias has public defenders. They are not playing to the cameras and shouting and smirking and attacking the state, the cops and the media and saying everyone is lying and out to get their client. Arias’s attorneys are not being bawled out by the judge every two minutes for violating procedure. I never saw any of Arias attorneys on TV blaming Nancy Grace and the media for brainwashing the public. They are simply doing their job and defending their client.
The jurors are not the same either. These jurors are taking notes and listening to the prosecution’s case. The Casey Anthony jurors took few notes and no notes were even taken into deliberations. I have high hopes for these jurors. I hope there are not 12 juror anywhere else who will tune out the prosecution and only listen to the defense.

A public plea to the jurors — if you were bullied into going along with the “not guilty” verdict — please speak out through the media now. Please do not disrespect yourself or Caylee by taking money to speak out. Just do the right thing and tell what happened in that jury room.
We know that Juror # 2 Raymond Screen, was the last hold out for voting “not guilty”.
Who were the 2 jurors who wanted to vote GUILTY of first-degree murder, but were pressured into changing their vote in the jury deliberation room?
Which juror(s) did the bullying and pressuring to vote not guilty?
Who were the 6 jurors who voted to convict of aggravated manslaughter, but were pressured into changing their vote to not guilty on that charge?
Jeff Ashton wrote in his book, about juror # 7 Kimberly A. Kimball : “She was the only juror I recall who showed much emotion throughout the trial, and at the end of it all, when the clerk read the verdict, she was the only one who shed a tear.”
She worked in an occupation related to children or child welfare – she has been an office manager for non-profit organization and the accounting dept. of a nursing home in Atlanta and the fundraising department of a childrens hospital in Atlanta.
*Currently works for juvenile justice and child welfare division in the corporate offices (has no contact with juveniles, etc).
Her mother was an estate lawyer in Florida, about to retire.
She dated a State Attorney in Florida.
Says she is a “CNN junkie”.
Doesn’t have a Facebook, Myspace, etc. but has a LinkedIn account (rarely uses it).
The Defense wanted her dismissed from jury selection but the Judge denied it, and the Defense did not use one of their strikes on her.

I loved hearing Baez feet being put to the fire. He wasn’t expecting a reporter to ask him if he believed in God and when he died would he be proud of getting a murderer off and if it was worth it. Baez always gets defensive and nasty when someone doesn’t buy his snake oil. I loved it when Baez was confronted and told, “you know that girl killed her baby.” I loved it when Baez asked, “Did you read my book?” and the reporter told him no, that he wouldn’t spend a nickle on it. As usual Baez lied. His mental health experts did not say Casey Anthony had the symptoms of someone who had been molested. They said the opposite.

I agree with Linda that we need to revamp the justice system to prevent defense attorneys from using jury consultants who stack the jury with uneducated, dumb, stupid, dishonest jurors who distrust law enforcement. We also need to prevent defense attorneys from turning murderers into victims who make up tall tales about sexual, emotional and physical abuse and blame the victim or someone else for their crimes.
Sexual, emotional and physical abuse seems to be the defense of choice by female psychopaths since Casey Anthony got away with murder.
In October 2012, the attorneys of Giselle Esteban, 28, admitted she murdered her friend, Michelle Le, 26, in 2011 in a parking garage in California but argued that Michelle had been having sex with her boyfriend and drove her to murder her in the heat of passion. There was no evidence that Michelle was any more than a friend to the boyfriend. The prosecutor showed through text messages and surveillance tapes that this was a pre-meditated murder. Esteban’s attorney blamed the victim to try to get the jury to find her guilty of voluntary manslaughter with a sentence of nine years. The jury found Esteban guilty of first degree murder after deliberating for 4 ½ days which indicates they considered all the evidence and did a lot of deliberating before getting a unanimous verdict unlike the Casey Anthony morons. Esteban was sentenced to 25 years to life.
In her trial in Phoenix, Arizona, Jodi Arias is blaming Travis Alexander for her stabbing him 29 times in the back and chest, slitting his throat and putting a bullet in his brain. It is obvious it is a fatal attraction and that Arias is a psychopath who was enraged because Alexander had broken it off with her for good and stalked him until she ended it with a bloody massacre. Arias self defense joke is another fabricated defense like Casey Anthony’s accidental drowning defense. Who brings a gun and knife to a booty call? We can only hope Arias jury has the brains, courage and the desire to get justice for the victim that the Pinnella Pinheads lacked.
If the justice system was about justice instead of winning cases for unscrupulous, greedy, media hungry defense attorneys, Caylee Anthony and other murder victims would get the justice they deserve and innocent people would not be dragged through the mud.
My belief is that the anti-death penalty advocates got on board this train(wreck) when fmr State Atty Lamar Lawson turned it into a death penalty case, as evidenced by the participation/appearance of Lenamon, & Andrea Lyon, & Rosie Bolin on the case, & by the apparent activism in that “cause” of at least one of the jurors prior to being selected as a “juron” (juror + moron = juron).
- and the minute Lamar Lawson did this, the whole case went sideways. Andrea Lyon was instrumental in Illinois in stopping the death penalty, & I believe that the anti-death penalty advocates in Florida were organized to use this case as a way to get it stopped in the state of Florida.
One thing is true: though this was a heinous crime, & technically fit as a case eligible for the death penalty, it wasn’t strong enough to be turned into a death penalty case. That was more of a “political” decision, a “deterrent” for other mothers who might copycat filicide. Certainly the standard of the community in which the babykiller lived supported her being charged with the death penalty – so if Lawson was looking to the community moral standards when he made his decision, it was in line with it.
There’s a trade-off between what you’d like seen proved in court with what can actually be proved. The deterrent factor would’ve been present if it were a second degree homicide charged, with at sentence of at least 15 yrs, which she could’ve plead down & still been a deterrent as far as the state was concerned.
In Florida, successful death penalty cases include those with multiple victims (at one time or serially), for example, and most importantly have that smoking gun – clear cut evidence linking the crime by the suspect to the death of the victim. Perhaps Lawson (& Ashton, from what he’s publicly stated) thought that rare duct tape was clear cut evidence enough, but without a latent print on any of the pieces, it wasn’t good enough to support the ultimate penalty. In the same vein, in Florida there’s a rule of thumb that a successful dp case should have 3 separate, distinct “pieces” of evidence that connect the suspect to the victim – for example, a surveillance tape plus the smoking gun (like a latent print) plus a key witness. This case didn’t fit that rule of thumb/casual standard.
So in the last 4-5 yrs since Caylee was first killed & this case came to be, I’ve come to believe that making this case into a death penalty case killed any hope of bringing justice for Caylee, & brought out a small army of anti-dp people who worked against justice for Caylee despite “lesser includeds” that could be considered, & ushered in the complete circus that it was, & certainly encouraged stalling & made it far more expensive, than it ever had to be. Charging her w/2nd deg homicide, with a 15 yr sentence, should’ve been “the max”, with the expectation that it’d get plead down. I think if it’d gone this way, Cindy & George may not have been as exuberant in their aggression toward the state & maybe, just maybe, not have been as helpful to bozo. I think they’d have been just as greedy, & kept defrauding the public as they did that entire summer, but I somehow think they might not have gone to such great lengths to perjure their testimony – perhaps we wouldn’t have read a National Enquirer story & heard testimony about that (fake) affair with River Cruz.

I do believe this was a DP case…and I do believe that the prosecution proved it beyond all doubt to anyone with half a brain cell…however I agree that making it a DP case was the thing that rallied all that help.
Would love to have seen first degree with Life in prison and the possibility of parole or…at LEAST 20 years.
I’d almost rather it be the way it is NOW then for her to get such a light sentence and then get on with her life.
If she had been convicted of second degree and gotten 15 years…with reduced time…
She would have been out in no time and led a perfectly happy life after that. She could have gone anywhere she wanted and done anything she wanted. Everyone would have forgotten about this and her life would have gone back to the way it was before.
MORE TO THE POINT…Cindy would have gotten that 2 million dollar Lifetime deal and would have been the object of pity. They would have all been rolling in money for years.
None of that will ever happen now.
In effect she has a life sentence now and street justice is a very real threat for her every day. She will never be able to go anywhere and feel safe. Her fat greasy lawyer keeps putting his face out there and keeping the rage against her alive. If her other attorneys win this appeal…she is going to be more hated then ever and there could be even more backlash.
There’s not going to be any RV…she would be a moving target and a perfect victim roaming around the country in an RV.

Apparently the New York Post and FBI know what I know, because when I started posting what I know, I started getting anonymous calls to my unlisted cell saying its the NYP and FBI. Casey was an escort. 3 of her clients were POLICE OFFICERS and guess what, they helped her cover up the crime. The way they did this was prevent any officer from finding the remains.
Theres a reason why Kronk and another lady(whom you havent heard about she works at the jail and Padilla mentions her but told to be quite) FOUND the body in AUGUST and were told LEAVE THE SCENE. The cops INTENTIALLY prevented Caylees dna from being found and this helped Casey get off. From my knowledge,all 3 cops have been fired. One of the cops molested Caylee and Caylee died from the chloroform and sex that night. Casey had stolen Tonys phone on june 15th at 6pm and made literally 1000 calls back and forth to her cell till 3 am.
Each call lasted 0 seconds. She called every minute and sometimes 3 times a minutes. She did this to cover her tracks and an alibi. The two houses where Caylee were found had ownership of a lady named zenaida and the next house was gonzalez. This is on youtube and scaredmonkeys and justice for caylee.
This PROVES she and only SHE dumped the body. George had NO deal in this crime. The reason George didnt call 911 was because he didnt want Casey to goto jail,so George did “lay low”. But he didnt dump the body or kill her.
When Cindy calls 911 ,George had already known Caylee was dead for 3 weeks from june 24th -july 15th. George was mad,but also knew Casey would get locked up,so he went along with the kidnapping. The ducktape was stolen from Amy by Casey.
Lee planted the testostorone syringe he got from Jesse Grund to try to frame Jesse to the crime.Jesse admitted steriod use.Casey was at Jesse apt on june 24th. This is when she dumped the body in the woods. From june 15ht-24th caylee was in the trunk.
I KNOW EVERYTHING about this case. She was an escort all around florida, caylee was molested by casey even. I know its hard to believe, but she was. In the video of Caylee singing “i love you” at the end, she grabs the table cloth and puts it on her mouth just like the ducktape. This means that Caylee was already being given chloroform because only a 2 year old would reenact this with a table cloth. All those nights when caylee was at the “babysitters” she was inside the abandoned house where she was found in the woods. Casey knew Zenaida moved out 1 year before and thats when she started leaving caylee in there.She broke open the window and left caylee in there everynight on xanax or chloroform. I can go on and on. And oh btw, Lee is the one that erased her laptop to blue screen at tonys apt. This was to coverup the pics and IMs.

IMHO,I think Kronk made a big mistake(not his fault) when he tried to report finding Caylee’s remains the 1st time around-had I been him,and been ignore like he was,I would’ve walked up to one of those media trucks that were camped nearby, and told them I think I may have found Caylee’s remains in those woods,and that he tried to notify LE,but they couldn’t be bothered to go into the woods and search. Had Kronk insisted on getting the attention of all the media presence that was there at the time,and they splashed that all across the news,you can bet,without a doubt,Le would’ve been there in droves,embarassing moments they don’t like. They wasted valuable time by ignoring him,sometimes you have to shame people into doing something and this would’ve been a great opportunity for Kronk to get them to act and follow up on his tip.

IMO Kronk is one of the most tragic figures in all of this. He was obviously scared that he was going to be blamed for this by discovering the body. I am sure there are things about his past he did not want everyone to know…and as if it wasn’t bad enough…Bozo went in like a vulture and tried to destroy him in the worst way…using language that only applies to HIMSELF…

I will be careful not to be so passionate that it actually entices people to watch it, but to tell them that by the looks of the promo’s it is obvious he will be lying and trying to paint the swamprat as a victim. If hundreds of us all reach out to our fb friends, we can assure her crappy show has the lowest ratings yet.
As far as geraldo, I really don’t understand why he is even on the fox payroll. I’m glad everyone was watching football. Fox needs to cancel him ASAP. His bromance with blowzo is nauseating.

Honestly…skbsoccermom…I think A Jones and her little show is already on the chopping block. She doesn’t do anything but rehash stories that someone else has researched and that we have all heard before.
I never watched her in the first place and now i despise her. It’s as a direct result of that promo that I have not watched anything on ID now except paula Zahn last night…and even then I had to turn the channel each time they went to commercial for fear that the promo would come on and enrage me.

48 Hours Mystery has lost it’s huge audience. I used to tape or watch that show ever Saturday night faithfully…now I never watch it anymore. I have no stomach for it after what they did in this trial…another betrayal by a network.
Now ID wants to follow suit with Jones at a time when it’s pretty clear the public doesn’t want to hear one more thing from these creeps.
JIMO the Lifetime Movie is going to change all of this once and for all. IMO it’s going to be a big hit because it will tell Caylee’s story.

Yes!! GREAT point – with all the media parked just 15 houses away on adjacent Hopespring, it boggles the mind as to why Kronk didn’t run down to them once that cop brushed him & his finding off. After all, he’d given the cops the first shot. Or alternatively, called the State’s Attorney’s office – or, walked in, with a cell phone picture to show them for starters.
Anyone who’s watched “Shawshank Redemption” (which is this year celebrating its 25th anniversary of being released) knows what Andy did: first he went up a chain of command that was corrupt, & getting nowhere, took matters in his own hands & escaped, but took all the documentation he needed to prove the corruption & sent it to The Media upon escape, which caused all hell to break loose at the prison & was a change agent in the prison system.
I guess he’s not a movie buff. It’s good he was persistent, & he’s a hero to Caylee in my eyes.

A lot of great comments about was the skank protected because of involvement in LE or big money but I just cannot see that stupid twat running in any upper circles.
She was a garden variety slore that drug her kid around with her most times. Her world was small it seemed, her new boyfriend and his crowd must have seemed like she hit the jackpot compared to the hometown yokels she usually hung with.
I feel like Bozo didn’t want her out of jail because of 2 reasons: one is that she is a loose canon and could not be trusted to keep quiet. Their “story” about what happened hadn’t been determined yet and she simply is too stupid to stay on the down low.
Number 2 was that it served Baez’ purpose, He was the orchestrator, the director of his greatest show on earth. He needed to be the spokesperson for this poor girl who was being rail roaded. She was his property that would steal his spotlight if she was out. Can you imagine who the cameras and microphones would swerve to if there was a choice of him or her? Her..no way could he have that.

Linda, it’s been a while since I have posted though I have read all your blogs. I actually quit posting anywhere b/c people were beginning to think I was the one with the problem. Having had time to think back over this case and the trial, I’m more convinced than ever that it was a massive cover-up. I have always thought the clusterfuck queen, as I call her, was into some pretty questionable behavior and in so doing involved Caylee. I believe it involved law enforcement to the core. There’s one reason I feel that way and that’s the three years she spent in jail. Why? Even Ashton stated in his book that Baez never asked for bail and that aroused Ashton’s curiosity. I believe law enforcement was up to their eyeballs in this from the lowly street cop to and through the Judge and Jury. There is such a much bigger picture here that we could ever begin to imagine. I believe that, but I also believe that with this cast of characters, one day someone will crack. Too many people are involved and too many are money-hungry—-the old proverbial greed. At one point, I felt I was the only person in the US that did not like the Judge……and my dislike goes back to some of his actions during jury selection and his determination to please the jury at all costs by giving smoking breaks and adorning them with “special desserts”. Judge Perry became nothing more than a glorified doormat. I have no respect for him and feel in no way did he have Justice for Caylee in his heart or on his mind. Today, if clusterfuck queen were in fact innocent why wouldn’t she be in every possible public forum asserting her innocence and trying to prove it instead of hiding behind closed doors with a security team. That speaks volumes to me. Call me crazy…..but I think this entire charade has feelers that stretch into some of the highest legal circles in Florida. Fortunately Caylee had a prosecution team that cared and fought for justice but the “system” was far greater than even they could handle. I have shared with you that I use to work in Child Protective Services in my younger days. My eyes were opened then when I would see how judges failed to protect our children. Sad to say, but some things never change. I hope I have not come across as too cynical or critical, but I can’t help the way I see it. It is what it is………………..God Bless !!

Everything about this case has been suspicious, going back to her walking into the police station with handcuffs on, big smile on her face. That to me was the first clue that this witch wasn’t worried for a second. (Of course, that could just be her mental condition too! lol)
Second was Kronk calling LE in August 2008 after spotting Caylee’s remains in those woods, something happened there where the officer was fired, but Kronk stated he seemed disinterested and didn’t want to be bothered – was he ordered not to find anything??

Some people believe the entire trial was rigged from the very beginning all the way down the line.
After watching Judge Perry NOTHING would surprise me. I question his integrity every day and wonder of someone did slip something in his pocket to look the other way while Bozo the clown cheated and lied his way through this trial like a common criminal and no one did a thing to stop him.

Thank goodness for so many voices still speaking for Caylee. I keep wondering if there is still sealed discovery evidence that can be released? The 1,200+ photos, etc. Something has been hidden and must be brought to light. There were too many people that turned away from their duties and justice for Caylee. At the very beginning, there was this from LeeMarie police interview dated July 29, 2008 – pages 24 and 25, slightly redacted here…
“but as my mother went to take out my sisters identification from that little sleeve, you know that clear sleeve that you can see through, immediately the officer’s hand went in there and grabbed something that was behind that id. It look to me white like the old style driver’s license, or learners permit or something like that. But it struck me and I noticed it because of how quickly the officer went in and grabbed it”.
Something or nothing, I don’t know. There is still much truth to be told and we are all still waiting for justice for Caylee. RIP Caylee. MHO

On August 1 2011, on craigslist someone posted a long notice on this case, claiming just that, that IT was involved with several officers, that she was ‘an escort’ and that they helped IT to cover up her crime.
The person, who was anonymous, claimed they knew alot about the case, that she was an escort all around Florida. There’s more to it also, I’m sure you guys have probably read it.
This notice was posted on a few sites, I made a copy of it, then it disappeared. It was on The Caylee Daily and removed by the owner quickly. I don’t know if it’s true, craigslist removed it also.
Interesting though, and some of it I would really tend to believe because it would explain an awful lot of things, I hope one day the truth comes out.
Speaking of tampering, has anyone else notice that when the verdict was read, CA’s face showed little if any surprise?
What I saw was relief, but not surprise. Relief maybe from hearing finally what she had been expecting to hear?

Several lip readers came out with the exact same translation of her is…and I watched that over and over at the time…and couldn’t believe what I was seeing…but you can SEE it on her mouth…she says…
“I can’t wait until I’m acquitted so I can get away from both of them for good!”
She says that! You can see it!
I remember reading those translations and thinking “They have that colossal dumbass thinking she is going to get acquitted and she believes them!”
At the time I actually was feeling a little bit sorry for her…believe it or not.
but after the verdict I realized she was in on it! The whole time!!!!!!

There’s also a matter of the video…in the moments before the verdict was read…and they were all buzzing around the defense table…getting ready for the jury to come in…the KILLER…got very excited and was bug eyed and happy whispering in Baez’s ear…and he had to clam her down.
MANY people saw this and commented on it…of course when you go back to look at the video now…all that is cut out and it goes right to the reading of the verdict…
but much like the “Don’t worry I didn’t say anything” and the “Was this like last time”…
PEOPLE REMEMBER IT.
He had to calm her down…she was excited and smiling until he told her to act somber. IMO THAT’S why her face showed little emotion…she was EXCITED! he told her to STOP.
There are many more reason that I believe this verdict was bought and paid for besides the fact that that the only thing that makes sense considering the evidence.
I’ll never stop writing about it until they investigate it. Might not ever happen…but I will dig up all of these things and have years to do so and as I say…

I could have tolerated Bozo on TV if the killer had been found guilty of second degree even. I probably would have turned the channel because he is viscerally repulsive…but not because I want to see him in prison…or worse like I do now.
Think about it…look at Al Sharpton or any of these scum bag attorneys who are regular faces on TV…many times they represented EVIL people who everyone hated…and most of them do not win acquittals…but they are all on television as talking heads.
Sharpton came in on the Twana Brawley farce…a big farce and he is out there screaming racism…and she made the whole thing up. He made lots of enemies but look where he is now…look how many times we have seen his face on TV over the years because people have forgotten about the Brawley affair.
IMO this would have happened for Bozo if he had gotten a second degree…he could have spun it into a lucrative career as a talking head. There are plenty of defense attorneys who I can’t stand (JANE WEINTRAUB)…on talk shows every single night.

Does anyone remember Cindy saying something to the effect that Caylee could be bratty? Who talks like that under these circumstances??? Based on her reaction to hearing the verdict, to me it looked like she had been reassured by the DT that “Don’t worry, we’ve taken care of it”, and upon finally hearing it was true, the relief definitely showed on her face, but not surprise.
But whoever “took care of it” did a pretty sloppy job, as not one juror interviewed made a damn bit of sense as they tried to justify their decision.
Of course, there was no reasonable explanation, but they could have at least told them to use more time to “deliberate” and to ask for some evidence here and there during this time to make it APPEAR more legitimate. Sloppy work.

I cannot believe one of the jurors had his book title all picked out?!! That just shows that the jurors were very aware of the marketability of their verdict. I suppose he thought it would be a boring book if the verdict had been guilty, it was much more sensational and worth more dollars to let this twit go free!
I do recall listening to the jury selection process, it all seemed very rushed, many of the prospective jurors stated they already felt she was Guilty (what does THAT tell anyone??) and those were the people who, to me, sounded like the normal, average citizen.
And not many of them were for the death penalty, they were already against the prosecution going into this trial.
In retrospect, perhaps LWOP would have been a better option, I would have been happy with that!

When Baez gave his opening statement, the only journalist who swallowed the George molested Casey and duct taped Caylee and threw her in a garbage bag in the swamp when she accidentally drowned big fat lie was Aphrodite Jones, who said she knew nothing about the case before covering the trial.
When all the attorneys and journalists on HLN said the defense didn’t make sense and Casey’s conviction would be overturned due to ineffective counsel, Jones mouth flew open. She got out from under Baez spell long enough to be shocked when the not guilty verdict was reached. Then Jones interviewed Baez and now she is again buying the snake oil he is selling.
I don’t intend on watching Jones or Baez make a fool of themselves when that interview airs on I-D Monday. Her shows are a joke. She “investigates” high profile cases after the arrest and trial by interviewing the murderers who all claim they are innocent to get to “the truth.” As if she know more than investigators, prosecutors and jurors. Jones wouldn’t know the truth if it slapped her in the face. Casey must have turned her down when she begged for an interview because I-D wouldn’t cough up big bucks, so Jones settled with media whore Baez who knew she’d be an easy mark just like the Dopey Dozen.

A “nonfiction” book where he actually described his characters , along with their, THOUGHTS….I KNOW!!!! The notion that a supposed “best-selling” author, Peter Golenbock, claimed to co-author this book, you have to wonder who the hell he pissed off, that he would have to sign on for THIS!! The only valuable thing that I got from venturing into the “mind of Bozo” was that when things overwhelmed him, he retreated to his closet…to “reflect.” I have more than feeling that his, “third-world-mail-order-bride” FORCED him in there. She would have preferred to dodge bullets and abject poverty and starvation than the humiliation, that being his bride entailed…or maybe that’s just ME!!???

If anyone tampered with the jury it would be Alternate Juror Russell William Huekler, a government teacher with a masters degree, who said in jury selection he believed in the Innocence Project and his mission is to abolish the death penalty. As soon as he got off the bus, Huekler told the media he was speaking for all the 12 jurors and five alternates and they all believed Caylee died in a tragic accident that the dysfunctional Anthony family covered up. In several media interviews Huekler sounded like a brainwashed prophet of Baez. He parroted every word Baez said, blaming everything on George and saying Casey was innocent. He said that the not guilty verdict was proof the U.S. Constitution worked.
Having been arrested twice by police for a DUI and assault, Huekler has a distrust of law enforcement and prosecutors and a trust in defense attorneys. Since he droned on and on for an hour during jury selection, Huekler proved he loves to talk and “teach” others to believe him.
Since brainwashing takes weeks and not just a few hours and he didn’t participate in the deliberations, Huekler would have continued to reinforce Baez’s brainwashing in the heads of the other jurors day after day from May to July during the sequestration. He wouldn’t have had to even discuss the case. He could have talked about wrongly convicted prisoners who have been freed by the innocence project after spending decades in jail, even named prisoners who have been found innocent after they were executed, how you can’t believe what cops and prosecutors say, how they frame innocent people, that they have to follow the constitution, that it is better to free 10 guilty people than convict one innocent person, etc. etc.
Except for Foreman David Angelo, a coach and PE teacher with a bachelors degree, none of the other jurors or alternates had a college degree and would have seen a government teacher as someone who knew what he was talking about. On TV, Angelo sounded wishy washy and Juror Jennifer Ford and Alternate Dean Eckstadt sounded not very bright and all of them could easily be duped by someone more educated than them. Many of the jurors had run ins with cops and others didn’t want to believe Caylee was murdered so they would easily go along with the brainwashing of Baez and his disciple Huekler to free a “disgusting person” because there was no cause of death.
You know what Sally…you raise a good point…they were ALL talking to each other…that includes the alternates!
Just because he didn’t take part in the …ahem…”deliberations” if that’s what you want to call it…doesn’t mean he didn’t tqlk…just like he did in public…

Perry should have called a mistrial right then and there…he should have called a mistrial about 15 times during this trial.

Perry was concerned about money, how much this trial was costing, thus the jury selection was rushed. He did not want a mistrial and then have to start over, costing even more money. Remember he was up for re-election.

This is a good example of why jury selection should be scrutinized far more closely than having the presiding (in this case, totally inadequate and biased “I’ll go to the homeless shelter to find jurors”) judge oversee the process! P.S. What an imbecilic remark for a judge to make in such a high-profile case; I guess he thought that remark demonstrated how determined he was to seat this appaling-lacking jury of misfits!

Sally~ Terrific comment! What you’ve said is exactly how the jury may have been swayed. It never really seemed like they were cautioned about their great responsibility. It always seemed ike they were to be profusely thanked for merely having to be there. At first glance the fawning J Perry did seemed generous but I really think it helped them get over any worries they had about actually deliberating. It was as if, no true thought process would be needed. No discussion of what was evidence and what was subterfuge .
A person with set-in mistrust of LE, a determination to abolish the DP could and most likely did drone on with the stories of wrong convictions and police misconduct. With a group of not so bright people, it would have been very easy to discount each and every piece of evidence and testimony with a declaration that LE is so corrupt they “make” their own false evidence.
That would explain how this jury may have been mentored into the verdict but it doesn’t cover all the other extremely curious things that Linda and others bring up. The relief but not eye popping surprise, the asinine bozo hall-dance, the outright acquittal instead of lesser charge.
Bozo is as dirty as they come and all of his pre trial antics prove that it wasn’t hard at all for him to lie to the court (the prison snitch affair) send PI’s to intimidate (the searchers fiasco) or to even ask the court to allow him and the accused to search unattended (c’mon really?) to try as hard as he could to frame an innocent man (Kronk)…..so actual jury tampering would NOT be a stretch in my opinion.
Bingo! These have been my 2 theories all along …
1. Jury nullification because of a few, like Heukler who didn’t WANT her convicted because they were criminals themselves and had it out for law enforcement.
2. Jury tampering by bozo and company.

Kat5519-Hi!! Children Services throughout this Country should be overhauled. That’s an agency that turns a blind eye in many cases,this one in particular. There was no excuse for them not to have their report ready for this trial,they had 3 years to do it,so they don’t get a pass from me. Had they done their job,submitted their findings to the State Attorney’s Office,the outcome of this trial may/may not have been different. Another example of Children Services failing children was, Josh Powell,who never ever,should have had visitation with his sons,supervised or unsupervised. Elizabeth Johnson is another one that comes to mind as well,that Social worker saw signs, and did nothing to remove Gabriel from her care.The list is endless with these poor excuses they call mother’s. The Agency shouldn’t warn these parents that they intend to visit,come unannounced.

I can only pray that one day, the people who review these agencies and their decisions will come to the realization that children are of such great value to society, that they MUST BE PROTECTED; even at the expense of taxpayer dollars going towards employing enough sincere workers that promise to be diligent in their DUTIES to put children first.

I realize that there is a split as to whether the jury was tampered with and respect that others feel this jury was just hopelessly stupid, uneducated and flat out brain dead…I guess what I like about the debate is…either way they are scum.
In the “big picture” it’s semantics…unless of course someone digs up some evidence…follows the money or finally TALKS…
in the end both theories validate the fact that something went VERY wrong in this case.

I understand exactly where you are coming from Mary-Etta. The jurors were supposed to be the most unbiased group in this whole circus. It was their job to listen to BOTH sides, weigh ALL the evidence meticulously and carefully, follow every instruction given to them, and even if they weren’t the brightest bulbs, they should have made every attempt to understand the science (take notes at the very least!). And they FAILED miserably! They, and they alone, were responsible for punishing Caylee’s murderer, but they flat-out REFUSED. And for that, I will forever have nothing but contempt for them.
I just want to let everyone know that I am not in the habit of responding to trolls…but occasionally will respond to make a point…to let posters know what the troll said…and to get a message out to ALL TROLLS…where their posts will go and why it is not in their best interest to post here.

in the past, I have gone to the SCA page and it is too disturbing—a couple of times i felt i was chatting with $indy–made me sick to my stomach. Way easier for me to keep happy ignoring SCA comments. (Also, my account got hacked after posting with that person) hmmmmmm

someone sounds a wee bit worried about you exposing jury tampering!
I believe something very hinky went on somewhere, but I don’t think the defence expected a NG on all 3 counts. I believe one of the jury members was to take control the best he could & get the charge down to manslaughter. Unknown to him at the time – he was dealing with 11 of the laziest, most simple & greedy people of all time! He probably got a special bonus for getting them all to agree to the NG verdict. Actually, it sounds like a few of them received aspecial bonus as soon as they returned home!
I pray that someday this is all blown wide open & we see the whole bunch of them go away for a long, long time…..

I have often wondered if they got “more then they bargained for” from those FOOLS…
mainly because who would imagine that a NG on all counts would EVER be accepted as an honest verdict? It’s OVERREACHING…in a giant way IMO.
I even have wondered myself if maybe the goal was originally a HUNG jury and some of them overstepped their bounds?
The good news for Caylee is that because the verdict is NG…it will ALWAYS BE QUESTIONED…
and that’s all that needs to happen as far as I am concerned.
QUESTIONS need to be ASKED and ANSWERED…and not by the scheme team either!

I think they knew a hung jury was NOT an option because the judge, I read, would have sent them back in to deliberate longer until they came up with a verdict, and they all wanted to get home as fast as they could !!!!
dancehappy…I agree that they all wanted to hurry up and get home because some of them didn’t care and had plans…and the others already knew what they were going to do…and wanted to get home and sell their interviews and get PAID.
So if the jury was tampered with…then Baez knew it would be an acquittal…imo he was not surprised but tried to act surprised…IN COURT… because he’s a fake and a fraud and had already danced in the halls and thought he better “tone it down.”
I expect the worst from Baez and so far have not been disappointed…he delivers every time.
